Market data and chart policy

Technology service
MFM is a technology brand operated by SKSC MYSILLYDREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED. We provide software tools for market analysis, account connectivity, and user-directed trade automation. The Charts screen is a visual tool only and does not provide research, advice, predictions, trading calls, or order recommendations.
Current chart renderer
The Charts screen uses TradingView Advanced Charts with built-in indicators and drawing tools. Charts are accessible for free, including to guests. Without connected market data, a labelled demo lets users explore the tools with illustrative candles. These generated examples are not real stock prices, broker data or trading signals. Real market data is supplied through the user’s Dhan entitlement. Chart layouts and preferences are saved in this browser for the selected data source, with demo layouts kept separately. Native attribution remains visible; chart tools do not submit broker orders.
Bring Your Own Data
Users must obtain and maintain their own permitted Dhan Data API entitlement. Guests may connect data without an MFM account. Their access token is held in an encrypted, Secure, HttpOnly browser cookie for at most one hour, is decrypted only by the server for profile and chart requests, and is not saved to an MFM trading account. Disconnect removes the cookie from that browser; a separately copied cookie remains valid only until expiry. Never share the cookie or token. Signed-in users can approve an existing connected account after eligibility checks. MFM does not fetch its chart prices before consent, sell, sublicense, or purchase exchange data on the user’s behalf.
Personal entitlement
Use data only for the display and purpose allowed by your broker, data provider, and relevant exchange. Do not redistribute, resell, scrape, publish, share credentials, create a commercial feed, or bypass entitlement controls.
TradingView relationship
TradingView is an independent technology provider. TradingView does not sponsor, endorse, approve, supervise, or partner in MFM’s service, business, content, market data, or user decisions. TradingView and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Protected technology
Do not remove proprietary notices or attribution, imply endorsement, extract or expose protected chart code, reverse engineer chart technology, or use it outside the licence and public-facing implementation authorised for MFM.
Licences and responsibility
Users remain responsible for broker, exchange, market-data, and jurisdictional permissions for their own use. MFM may disable a data source or terminate access where entitlement, licence, provider rules, or fair-use requirements are not satisfied.
