Operator and scope
MFM is a technology brand operated by SKSC MYSILLYDREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED. We provide software tools for market analysis, account connectivity, and user-directed trade automation.
Technology only
MFM is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. We do not provide investment advice, research, stock tips, trading calls, recommendations, portfolio management, assured returns, or personalised suitability assessments. Every chart, alert, example, workflow, and automation control is a user-operated technology feature, not a suggestion to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Personal fair use
Use MFM only for your own accounts and family accounts you are lawfully authorised to operate. You may not resell access, manage unrelated third-party money, publish trading calls, redistribute data, impersonate another person, or use MFM for an unlicensed advisory, research, portfolio-management, brokerage, or commercial data business.
Account and instructions
Use accurate details and protect your authentication methods. You are solely responsible for each account, connection, source-to-destination relationship, rule, order, and instruction you approve, and for confirming the result directly with the broker.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use MFM unlawfully; bypass security or subscription controls; scrape or mass extract content or market data; reverse engineer, copy, expose, or redistribute protected software; interfere with service operation; or infringe any broker, exchange, data-provider, TradingView, or third-party right.
Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, disable automation, preserve records, and report suspected abuse when use breaches these terms, provider rules, law, licensing duties, or fair-use policy. Termination does not transfer responsibility for a user’s actions to MFM.
Independent services
Brokers, exchanges, IP providers, Telegram, market-data providers, and chart providers are independent. They may reject, delay, change, or end service. MFM does not control their execution, prices, data, availability, risk checks, or terms.
YouTube learning
MFM uses YouTube API Services and embedded YouTube players. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Connect only a channel you control and share only content you have permission to use. Imported YouTube playback remains free, including when linked from a paid or invite-only MFM course; paid access applies to separate protected MFM materials. YouTube controls, attribution, advertising and availability remain subject to YouTube. Do not download, extract audio, obscure controls or bypass provider restrictions through MFM.
Availability and responsibility
No uptime, latency, execution, data accuracy, or profit is guaranteed. If a connection is unhealthy, stop automation and manage the account directly with the broker. Users act under their sole discretion and remain responsible for legal, tax, exchange, broker, and market-data compliance.
