Who operates MFM
MFM is a technology brand operated by SKSC MYSILLYDREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED. We provide software tools for market analysis, account connectivity, and user-directed trade automation.
What we process
We process contact details, account labels, encrypted broker credentials and sessions, connection health, subscription and payment-review records, security events, and product activity needed to run and protect your workspace.
Credentials and security
Broker credentials and sessions are encrypted before storage and used only for user-approved connections and data access. Never send passwords, TOTP secrets, API keys, or one-time codes through support chat, email, or Telegram.
Google identity
Optional Google sign-in uses your verified Google identity and permitted basic profile details to identify an explicitly linked MFM account. Matching email addresses never merge accounts. Linking or unlinking requires normal MFM authority and security proof; Google sign-in does not remove the current mobile-verification, Account PIN, MFA or device-security policy. Google credentials are entered only on Google.
YouTube channel access
When you connect a channel, MFM uses the YouTube API Services with your read-only consent to access channel identifiers and eligible public video and playlist metadata, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, duration, membership and availability. With the explicit Include unlisted selections opt-in, eligible unlisted metadata is shown for you to choose. Only unlisted videos or playlists you select and approve are imported, including eligible unlisted members of those selected playlists and their permitted updates. Unlisted imports appear in free, public MFM listings with shareable MFM and YouTube links; their YouTube visibility stays Unlisted. Private content is not imported or listed, and channel-wide automatic discovery remains public-only. Protected authorization credentials are encrypted on the server to support updates. MFM does not upload, edit or delete your original YouTube content. Selected imports stay current; importing all new public channel videos requires a separate opt-in. Google API data is used to provide these requested identity and learning features, not sold or used for advertising or model training.
Embedded playback
YouTube videos and thumbnails are supplied by Google. Opening an embedded player makes your browser communicate with Google and may disclose information such as your IP address, browser and playback activity under Google’s Privacy Policy. MFM uses the privacy-enhanced YouTube embed origin, preserves player controls and branding, and does not download the videos.
Disconnecting Google or YouTube
You can unlink Google sign-in in Sign-in security, or disconnect a creator channel in Creator Studio. Disconnecting a channel stops updates and removes imported YouTube listings and cached channel metadata from MFM; it does not delete original YouTube content or separately uploaded MFM material. MFM requests provider revocation and reports pending cleanup if the provider cannot confirm it. You can also revoke access in your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of stored API data or your MFM account, use the account-closure controls or contact support@mfm.wtf. Financial and security records required for law, disputes or safety follow their separate retention rules.
Service providers
Cloud hosting, Telegram, brokers, payment reviewers, IP providers, market-data providers, and chart technology providers receive only the information needed for their function and operate under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Usage and enforcement records
We may use security and product telemetry to prevent abuse, enforce subscription and fair-use rules, investigate incidents, and improve reliability. We do not use private broker data to provide recommendations or investment advice.
Your choices and retention
You may update your profile, disconnect accounts, turn off optional notifications, or request closure. Records needed for security, audit, payment, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, or law may be retained for the applicable period.
