MFM is a technology brand operated by SKSC MYSILLYDREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED. We provide software tools for market analysis, account connectivity, and user-directed trade automation.
Free plans
A published free plan requires no payment. Its capacity and features remain subject to the stated plan limits, fair-use rules, and availability.
Before approval
A manual payment request may be withdrawn before approval. Contact support with the payment reference and never include broker credentials or authentication codes.
After activation
Digital access and allocated static-IP costs begin when a paid plan is approved. Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate payment or a verified failure to activate the purchased service; trading outcomes and user decisions are not refundable service failures.
Expiry and renewal
MFM does not silently renew a manually paid plan. When a subscription expires, copying stops and managed IPs may be released instead of renewed. A new payment is subject to the plan and price then available.

Send the registered mobile number, payment reference, date, and reason to support. Approval, rejection, and timing depend on verification and applicable law.
