Getting started

What can I do with MFM?

MFM brings multi-account copy trading, risk controls, advanced charts and stock market learning into one workspace for Indian traders. Organise your source and follower accounts, automate eligible copying, analyse charts and explore creator courses and videos. Copying is for your own and lawfully authorised family accounts; MFM does not provide investment advice or guaranteed returns.

How do I get started with MFM?

Choose Get Started to create your MFM account, complete mobile verification and set up authenticator MFA and your Account PIN. You can browse public learning and try the chart demo before creating an account. Connecting a broker for copying or your own live chart data is a separate step.

How should I compare MFM with AlgoDelta?

Choose by your actual workflow. MFM brings own/family account-copying controls, advanced charts at zero MFM charting fee and creator learning together. AlgoDelta publishes additional external signal bridges. Compare the required broker, account permissions, complete cost and tools you will use; see the dated MFM vs AlgoDelta comparison for original sources.

Is MFM an investment adviser or a source of assured trading returns?

No. MFM is a technology and learning platform, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. It does not provide investment tips, portfolio management or guaranteed returns. You decide your trades and account permissions. Broker, exchange and applicable regulatory requirements still apply to your use.

How does MFM approach SEBI and broker requirements?

MFM is committed to following applicable SEBI guidelines and broker and exchange requirements. Its account-copying workflow includes account permissions, risk controls and broker readiness checks. Use only your own or lawfully authorised family accounts and complete the requirements applicable to your broker and workflow. MFM is a technology and learning platform, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and does not provide investment advice or assured returns.

Learning & indicators

Can I learn on MFM without connecting a broker?

Yes. Browse public courses, videos and creator profiles without connecting a trading account. Sign in when a lesson, enrolment, purchase or invitation requires it. Each listing explains whether it is free, paid or invitation-only.

How do free, paid and invitation-only courses work?

Free listings need no course payment. Paid MFM material requires the applicable purchase or entitlement. Invitation-only material requires a current invitation or entitled parent-course access. The listing and access screen show what applies to the content you choose.

Are embedded YouTube videos free on MFM?

Yes. Embedded YouTube playback is free. A creator may offer separate paid or invitation-only native MFM lessons and materials; that does not turn the embedded YouTube video into paid content. YouTube’s availability and playback rules still apply.

Can I use a Pine script or create my own chart indicator?

Creators can build compatible SMA, EMA and RSI studies with configurable periods, price sources and colours. Supported simple Pine scripts can be converted into that compatible format. The embedded chart library does not execute Pine directly; unsupported scripts stay private conversion-required drafts. This is chart analysis, not an automated trading strategy engine.

Why did a course, video or creator indicator become unavailable?

MFM checks current access, publication state and creator or administrator restrictions when you open content. A changed invitation, blocked item, suspended creator or unavailable source video can affect access. Refresh the page and use the displayed guidance; contact support if an entitlement looks wrong.

Can I use MFM charts for free without an account?

Yes. Open Charts to use the interactive TradingView Advanced Charts demo without an MFM account and at zero MFM charting fee. Demo prices are illustrative. For live chart prices, connect your own eligible Dhan Data API entitlement; broker data charges may apply.

What indicators and drawing tools are available?

The Advanced Charts interface includes built-in technical studies and drawing tools, with chart layouts and study templates saved in your browser. Signed-in users with a connected chart and the required learning access can also add compatible creator indicators. Creator listings have their own availability, access rules and any price.

Copy trading

How do I set up multi-account copy trading?

Connect your eligible broker accounts, create a group and select the source and followers. Set each follower’s quantity, risk limits and lifecycle permissions, then enable the intended copying controls. MFM checks the eligible source instructions and records each follower’s broker outcome in Orders.

Will copied orders always fill at the source price?

No. MFM uses event-driven observation and routing to reduce avoidable delays, but final price and execution depend on each broker, order, available margin, liquidity and market movement. Review the actual filled quantity and price for every account; a submitted or acknowledged order is not a guaranteed fill.

Can each follower use a different quantity?

Yes. Configure the sizing settings offered for each follower in its group, then review the resulting order quantity. Instrument, lot-size, account and risk checks still apply before an instruction proceeds.

Why did one follower fill while another was rejected?

Every follower is checked separately. Its permissions, connection readiness, risk limits, margin and broker response can produce a different outcome. Open the affected account in Orders and read the recorded reason before deciding your next action.

What is the difference between submitted, acknowledged and filled?

Submitted means an instruction was sent. Acknowledged means the broker recognised it. Filled means the broker reports an execution and filled quantity. Check Orders and Positions for the actual result; avoid placing a replacement only because an update is taking longer than expected.

Does MFM run my own trading algorithms or TradingView webhooks?

MFM’s current web workflow automates copying eligible orders observed in connected source accounts. It does not provide a general strategy-code runner or external TradingView/Python webhook-to-order bridge. If another tool places an order in a source account, MFM still applies its ordinary source, permission, broker, risk and sequencing checks; that is not a direct integration with that tool.

Brokers & connections

Which broker can I connect to MFM?

Dhan is the released web baseline for MFM’s account-copying workflow. The connection screen shows the broker options and eligibility currently available to your account. Check the exact copying and market-data workflow before subscribing; a listed connector is not a promise that every function is enabled.

Why is a Connected account asking for attention?

Connected means the broker link is saved. MFM also checks current authorisation, permissions and complete broker responses before relying on it. Use Check connection and follow the named guidance so you know what needs updating.

Do I need a static IP or a separate broker API plan?

Check your broker’s requirements for the workflow you want to use. MFM plans show their static IP allowance, and the broker must support the selected address family. Broker API, market-data and brokerage charges are separate from MFM plan inclusions.

Plans & payments

What does an MFM subscription include?

Each published plan shows its connected-account capacity, static IP allowance, features and billing periods. Open the price breakdown for the complete INR total, including applicable fees and taxes. Creator courses or indicators and broker services may be priced separately.

When does paid access start after Razorpay checkout?

MFM activates paid access after verifying a matching captured payment with Razorpay. A browser success message or mandate authorisation alone does not activate access. If confirmation is pending, check subscription management; do not pay again simply because verification is taking time. Earlier manual payment submissions retain their original review status and history.

Can I pay once or use UPI AutoPay and cards for renewals?

Choose Pay once for a single plan period, or explicitly authorise automatic renewal when it is available at checkout. Razorpay shows the payment methods supported for the purchase, including eligible UPI AutoPay or cards. Review the exact amount, billing frequency and finite number of cycles before consenting. A mandate registration charge is separate from a paid plan charge.

How do I stop automatic renewal?

Request cancellation from subscription management and check that Razorpay confirms it. A request still awaiting confirmation is shown as pending. Your already paid plan period remains available under its normal terms. Review the refund policy for any separate refund request.

Security & Iyra

How does MFM protect sign-in and sensitive account actions?

MFM combines an Account PIN, optional explicitly linked Google sign-in, authenticator MFA and account-level permissions. New or changed devices, sensitive actions and sign-ins after more than three days away can require a fresh authenticator check. Mobile OTP supports verification and recovery. Keep your broker credentials, PIN and authenticator codes private.

Why have my daily trading alerts not started?

Daily trading alerts begin after the administrator sends your market-opening prices message for that day. Check that Iyra is linked and your notification settings are enabled. Delivery also depends on the event and current permissions; there is no automatic6AM first message.
